The Amphib Boot is the perfect accompanyment to the Shredder SAR Fins (Below). This allows Rescuemen (offshore) to equip themselves with a durable and protective boot for hoisting to decks, together with something that fits easily into the fins when its necessary to go into the water.
The Shredder SAR Fins are perfect for giving stability in the water and for assisting with short swim-ins to a casualty. They are just the right size so that the Rescueman can move around the helicopter without tripping-up.

The Petzl Chester Harness and safety line are the ideal Rescueman harness for overland work. Tough, reliable and in common use amongst climbers, it offers plenty of options for secure poiints and is ideal for hoisting.
The Irvin GQ Rescue Strop is ideal for offshore rescues. Available in different lengths, it provides an easy method of securing a casualty in quick time. The accompanying hypothermic strop is recommended for all recoveries from open water.

The Irvin GQ Mk4 Winchmans Harness is strongly recommended for offshore work. It offers the Rescueman a comfortable and safe method for hoist hook attachment. Used either with a Quick Release Box, or with a loop for direct connection to the hoist hook, this is a tried and tested piece of kit that has evolved over the years.

This Petzl harness is ideal for those Hoist Operators who work from the skid and for those working in a cabin environment. Together with a Charly strap (see below) and Quick-out attachment it provides a safe and reliable means for attachment to the helicopter cabin.

The Charly strap and Quick-out are a reliable and effective way to secure the Hoist Operators to the helicopter cabin.
The Hi-Line has become invaluable to many offshore operators. It allows the pilot to stand-off a ship or small vessel where references are easier, and allows the hoist operator and rescuer to more rapidly transfer survivors. Available in a variety of lengths, this kit comes in a convenient bag and includes 2 karabiners.
The Rescue Hoist Ground Support Tool. If you are servicing your hoist in accordance with manufacturers instructions you need this. This equipment allows the technicians to apply variable loads to the cable during routine and follow-up maintenance. Click picture for more info.
